NOTICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING BELLAVIVA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The organizational meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Bellaviva Community Development District will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 2:45 PM at the Lake Alfred Public Library, 245 N Seminole Ave, Lake Alfred, FL 33850. The purpose of the meeting is to elect certain District officers, consider the appointment of staff to include but not limited to manager, attorney, engineer and others as deemed appropriate by the Board of Supervisors; to consider the services to be provided by the District and the financing plan for same; to appoint a team for purposes of issuing special assessment bonds and consider the associated funding agreement; and to conduct other business that may come before the Board. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the meeting agenda may be obtained by emailing the District Manager at jburns@gmscfl.com, or in person at the District Offices at 219 East Livingston Street, Orlando, FL 32801. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place as evidenced by motion of the majority of Board Members participating. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodation to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the District Office at (407) 841-5524 at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service (800) 955-8770, who can aid you in contacting the District Office. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings, and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
