Forman, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.broward.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on March 26, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 309, of ROYAL PARK GARDENS CONDOMINIUM III-G, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records 9737, page 916, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
