NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 31, 2023 in Civil Case No. CACE21018574 of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Broward County, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR6 is Plaintiff and Victor Hugo Padilla Rivas a/k/a Victor H. Padilla a/k/a Victor Padilla, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, BRENDA D. FORMAN, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.broward.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of March, 2026 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
