YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property:
COMMENCE AT THE SE CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, COLUMBIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN S 88° 02' 15" W ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID NW 1/4, 78.65 FEET, TO THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD S-131, THENCE N 0° 38' 15" W, ALONG SAID WEST RIGHT OF-WAY LINE, 26639 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THENCE S 88° 00' 17" W, 163.58 FEET, THENCE N 1º 20' 24" W, 266.37 FEET, THENCE N 87º 58' 19" E, 163.66 FEET, TO THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD S-131, THENCE S 1º 28' 35" E, ALONG SAID WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, 211.23 FEET, THENCE S 0° 38' 15" E, 55.25 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING ONE ACRE MORE OR LESS. THE NORTH 30 FEET OF SAID PARCEL BEING SUBJECT TO A ROAD EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS.
