NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.:  CACE25002972 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and HANI G. ABOU ZAKI A/K/A HANI GHASSAN ABOU-ZAKI; SUZANA JURDI ABOU-ZAKI; 
UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A BRITTNEY WOODARD, are Defendants.

TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF PARCEL"A", CYPRESS GLEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID PORTION BEING THAT PART OF A STRIP OF LAND 11 FEET IN WIDTH, DESCRIBED AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 10840, PAGE 341 OF SAID PUBLIC RECORDS, ADJOINING LOT 11, BLOCK H OF SAID CYPRESS GLEN AND LYING BETWEEN THE NORTHEASTERLY EXTENSION OF THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 11 AND THE EASTERLY EXTENSION OF THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 11.
