Jess" Irby, Esq., Clerk of Court, shall sell the property at public sale on March 24, 2026 at 11:00 A.M., to the highest bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11:00am on the prescribed date at www.alachua.realforeclose.com, in accordance with F.S. 45.031, the following-described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment:
