Final Judgment was awarded on February 8, 2026 in Civil Case No. CACE24009547, of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and TINA OVALLES; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FLORIDA SOLAR & AIR, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
