VANDERELST, Defendants. _______________________/ NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502025CA011533XXXAMB (AJ) of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Lake Colony Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff and Anthony Allen Jacobs A/K/A Anthony A.
