NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2024 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 23, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: CACE24010193 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and GEORGETTE JOSEPH; THE EAGLE CREEK AT EAGLE TRACE ASSOCIATION, INC.; EAGLE TRACE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; BACKYARD AMENITIES, LLC; CITY OF CORAL SPRINGS, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A EDWIDGE SURIN, are Defendants.
