TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE
APOPKA LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tara L. Tedrow, Esq. has made application to amend the Land Development Code of the City of Apopka, Florida, specifically the Mixed-Use Kelly Park Interchange (MU-KPI) Form-Based Code, to create and establish a Town Center Overlay District. The proposed amendment affects, or may affect, the use of property, the development of buildings and structures, and the development review process for land located within the jurisdiction of the City of Apopka, Florida. Accordingly, the City of Apopka proposes to adopt the following ordinance affecting properties within the MU-KPI area:

NOTICE is given that a public hearing for Ordinance Number 3118 will be held by the City of Apopka City Commission at its regularly scheduled meeting in the City Commission Chambers of the Apopka City Hall, 120 E.
