NOTICE OF HEARINGS The City of Belle Glades Board of Adjustment will meet on March 26, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Commission Chambers at Belle Glade City Hall, 110 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., West, Belle Glade, Palm Beach County, Florida, to consider the following variance petitions: Petition No. V-07-25, Serena Brockman (applicant), Parcel Control # 04-37-43-42-02-001-0190 (BAILEYS SUB 5 LTS 19 & 20 BLK 1), Variance from Section 31-52(2) and Section 31-53 of the City Code of Ordinances to reduce the minimum side setback from 7.5 feet to 5.2 feet to the south and to reduce the minimum rear setback from 15 feet to 4.5 feet. Petition No. V-01-26, Frank Sanchez (applicant), 17 NW Avenue F, Belle Glade, Florida, Parcel Control # 04-37-43-31-25-002-0140 (31-43-37 S/D OF LOT 17 LOT 14 & W 24.04 FT OF LOT 15 BLK 2), Variance from Section 31-53 of the City Code of Ordinances to reduce the minimum rear setback from 15 feet to 6.0 feet.
