NOTICE OF HEARINGS
The City of Belle Glades Planning and Zoning Board will meet on April 9, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Commission Chambers at Belle Glade City Hall, 110 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., West, Belle Glade, Palm Beach County, Florida to consider the following applications:
 RaceTrac, Inc (applicant), Parcel Control #04-37-43-17-00-000-7020 (SLY 398.15 FT OF WLY 1,254.89 FT LYG ELY OF & ADJ TO SR 15 & NLY OF & ADJ TO SR 80 R/WS), Future Land Use Map Amendment Application requesting to assign a future land use designation of Commercial to 10.5 acres of land located at the northeast corner of North Main Street and State Road 80.
 RaceTrac, Inc (applicant), Parcel Control #04-37-43-17-00-000-7020, Zoning Map Amendment Application requesting to assign a zoning district classification of B-3: Liberal Business District to 10.5 acres of land located at the northeast corner of North Main Street and State Road 80.
 RaceTrac, Inc (applicant), Zoning Text Amendment Application requesting to amend City Code Section 31-4, Definitions, and City Code Section 31-276, Filling stations and automobile service stations.
