2026 PUBLIC MEETING SCHEDULE


The Highway 79 Corridor Authority (the &quot;Authority&quot;) announces the following public meetings of the Board of Directors (Board) to which all interested persons are invited. The Authority is a legal entity and public body created pursuant to the provisions of Section 163.01, Florida Statutes, and an Interlocal Agreement among the City of Bonifay, Florida; Holmes County, Florida; and Washington County, Florida. The meetings will be held at the following dates, times and locations:

At all of the above-listed meetings, including the public hearing to be held on Wednesday September 9, 2026 concerning adoption of the Authoritys FY 26-27 budget, all customers of the Authority, affected property owners, tenants or occupants, and all other interested persons shall have an opportunity to address the Board.


If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Authority with respect to any matter considered at the meetings, such person will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be made. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing special accommodations or an interpreter to participate in these meetings should contact the Washington County BoCC Administrative Office at (850) 638-6200, at least three (3) business days prior to the date of the meeting.
