ad# 12163124 03/15/26 LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID GOLF CART REPLACEMENT BID NUMBER CB26 009 The City of Cocoa Beach is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the replacement of the golf cart fleet at Cocoa Beach Country Club. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Cocoa Beach at the City Clerk office located at 2 South Orlando Ave. Cocoa Beach, FL 32931, until 2pm local time, on April 17, 2026. The Invitation to Bid package may be obtained on the Citys website at www.cityofcocoabeach.com/bids.aspx and at www.demandstar.com. Bids must be submitted with one (1) unbound original and five (5) copies with a flash drive containing one (1) file in PDF format of the hard copy of the bid exactly as submitted. At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all Bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and names of the bidders shall be read aloud. Delivery of sealed bids to the City Clerks office on or before the above date is solely and strictly the responsibility of the Bidder. Late bids will not be accepted. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Friday, March 27, 2026, at 10AM in the Commission Chambers at Cocoa Beach City Hall, 2 South Orlando Ave., Cocoa Beach, FL 32931.
