NOTICE OF ACTION CONSTRUCTIVE SERVICE IN THE COUNTY COURT IN AND FOR BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA CIVIL DIVISION CASE NO.: 25-074854 COWE (80) OLIVINE AT THE TOWNSHIP CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A Florida not-for-profit Corporation, Plaintiff, VS.. EDELINE LUCEL A/K/A EDELINE GODSTON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDELINE LUCEL A/K/A EDELINE GODSTON, UNKNOWN TENANT ONE, and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO, Defendants. TO: EDELINE LUCEL A/K/A EDELINE GODSTON and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDELINE LUCEL A/K/A EDELINE GODSTON, whose last known addresses are 3857 Coral Tree Circle #108, Coconut Creek, FL 33073 and 530 Lake Cook Road, Deerfield, IL 60015, and the unknown parties who may be spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees and all parties claiming interest by, through, under or against said Defendants, who are not known to be dead or alive, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.
