FENWARTH, and ANDREA BUITRAGO are the Defendants, it will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.broward.realforeclose.com, the Clerks website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 7th day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
