PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasadena Hills Planning and Policy Committee will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., and that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, at 1:30 p.m. to consider applications for rezoning pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400.
