NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19th, 2026, entered in Case No.: 2025-CA-000701of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein UV GROUP PROPERTIES LLC., is Plaintiff, DAVID SMITH a/k/a DAVID CHARLESSMITH, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID SMITH a/k/a DAVID CHARLES SMITH, LOUISE JACKSON, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUISE JACKSON, LAKESIDE VILLAS AT PROVIDENCE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, PROVIDENCE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, the STATE OF FLORIDA, LAKE WALES HOSPITAL CORPORATION d/b/a LAKE WALES MEDICAL CENTER, a Florida corporation, MIDLAND FUNDING LLC, a Delaware limited Liability company, STACY M.
