SUBJECT: AUSTIN, 4910 SW 111 TERRACE, DAVIE, FL 33328-VACATION AND ABANDONMENT.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to F.S. 177.101 that David and Tammy C. Austin intend to submit an Application for Vacation and Abandonment of thoroughfare and a drainage and utility easements to the Broward County Board of Commissioners, Florida. The legal description of the land to be vacated and abandoned is more specifically described as follows, to wit:
- Vacate and Abandon a 25-foot thoroughfare lying within Tract D
of the Pleasant Acres plat as recorded in the Plat Book 131, Page
48 of the Official Records of Broward County, Florida.
- Vacate and Annul a 20-foot drainage easement and a 12-foot
utility easement lying within Tract D of the Pleasant Acres plat, as
recorded in the Plat Book 131, Page 48 of the Official Records of
Broward County, Florida.
