NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 26th day of February 2026, in Case No. CACE25011518 of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein SENECA MORTGAGE SERVICING LLC, is the Plaintiff and DIMAS MONTALVO, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIMAS MONTALVO, JR.; REPUBLIC SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; INDEPENDENCE BAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Brenda D. Forman as the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.broward.realforeclose.com, the Clerks website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 15th day of April 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
