Notice of Intent to Demolish The owner and other interested parties having failed to demolish and remove the structure at 572 Leland Dr., Deltona, Fl. 32725, as ordered by the City of Deltona are hereby notified that the City of Deltona will proceed to have the structure demolished and removed on or after March 29, 2026, and a lien will be placed against the property to cover all costs.
