NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE #ORD2026-03 BOAT LAUNCH REGULATIONS The City of Dunnellon proposes to adopt the following Ordinance: ORDINANCE #ORD2026-03 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DUNNELLON AMENDING CHAPTER 46, ARTICLE IV OF THE CITY OF DUNNELLON CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING CENTENNIAL PARK BOAT RAMP LAUNCH FEES AND PENALTIES AND ENFORCEMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. A public hearing is scheduled for the Special City Council Meeting on March 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at Dunnellon City Hall, 20750 River Drive. If necessary, the public hearing may be continued to a time and date certain by announcement at the scheduled hearing without any further written notice. COPIES OF THIS ORDINANCE ARE AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE AT DUNNELLON CITY HALL, 20750 RIVER DRIVE, DUNNELLON, FLORIDA 34431, MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY 7:00 A.M. UNTIL 6:00 P.M. THE PUBLIC IS ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND AND COMMENT. APPEAL: NECESSITY OF RECORD. Notice is given that if any person desires to appeal any action taken by the City Council at the above hearing, a verbatim record of the proceedings may be necessary pursuant to Florida Statutes, 286.0105. The City assumes no responsibility for furnishing said record, however, the hearings will be audio recorded by the City for public use.
