NOTICE OF QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Eustis City Commission will conduct a Public Hearing for the first reading of Ordinance Number 2026-23 on April 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. and the second reading on May 7, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or as may be continued at their discretion, in the Commission Room, City Hall, 10 N. Grove St., Eustis, FL. The proposed Ordinance is described as follows:

ORDINANCE NUMBER 2026-23

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF EUSTIS, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ASSIGNING THE RURAL NEIGHBORHOOD DESIGN DISTRICT DESIGNATION TO APPROXIMATELY 2.62 ACRES OF RECENTLY ANNEXED REAL PROPERTY AT ALTERNATE KEY NUMBER 1212685 GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ORANGE AVENUE, WEST OF BEACH DRIVE.

Interested parties may attend the meeting and be heard regarding the proposed ordinance. The case file, complete legal description of the property, and proposed ordinance will be available beginning approximately five working days before the hearing from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Development Services, 4 N.
