CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD ACTING AS THE LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY (LPA) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AMENDMENTS TO THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ULDR) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Board acting as the Local Planning Agency (LPA) of the City of Fort Lauderdale, as well as the Planning and Zoning Board, shall hold a public hearing on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15, 2026 at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter may be heard at the Fort Lauderdale Development Services Department located at 700 NW 19 Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, and broadcasted on the Citys local government access channel FLTV: www.fortlauderdale.gov/fltv or on YouTube at: www.youtube.com/cityoffortlauderdale to amend the Citys Unified Land Development Regulations, as follows: PROPOSED ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA AMENDING THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ULDR); Amending Section 47-16, Historic Preservation District, Including an Update to the List of Historic Districts, Update the List of Permitted Uses, Modification of Dimensional Requirements, including an Increase in Height, Modification to Sign Regulations and ULDR Section 47-24.11, "Historic Designation of Landmarks, Landmark Site or Buildings and Certificate of Appropriateness," to Amend the Effective Date, To Provide for an Approval Process for an Administrative Certificate of Appropriateness when Visible from the Public Right-Of-Way **AGENDA ITEMS MAY BE TAKEN OUT OF ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE PUBLIC COMMENT OR AS THE BOARD DEEMS NECESSARY.
