NOTICE OF RULE AMENDMENT: Rule 7.27, and Rule 7.37 The District Board of Trustees of Santa Fe College, Florida, gives notice of its intent to amend Rules 7.27 and 7.37 at its regularly scheduled Board meeting at 4:00 p.m. on 04/21/26, SF Northwest Campus, 3000 NW 83rd Street, Bldg. S - Room 332, Gainesville, FL 32606. Rule 7.27 (Financial Aid). PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update Rule to comport with current law and requirements. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1001.64. LAW IMPLEMENTED: FS 1001.64(8), 1009.22, 1009.23; 6A-14.054, FAC; and Rule 7.37 (Transparency in Institutional Representation). PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update Rule. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1001.64.
