NOTICE OF ACTION - CONSTRUCTIVE SERVICE IN THE COUNTY COURT IN AND FOR BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA CIVIL DIVISION CASE NO.: 25-080006 COWE (82) OASIS HALLANDALE COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, VS. DA PROPERTY LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO, Defendants. TO: DA PROPERTY LLC, whose last known addresses are 1000 E Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Unit 1-103, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 and c/o Dmitrii Perfilev as Registered Agent, 20828 NE 32 Avenue, Aventura, FL 3318, and the unknown parties who may be spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees and all parties claiming interest by, through, under or against said Defendants, who are not known to be dead or alive, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.
