NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of March, 2026 in Case No. CACE-25-019517 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, in which Sea Air Towers Condominium Association, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Twan Russell, Lysandra Russell, and Any Unknown Occupants are the Defendants.
