ALTA LAKES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF 
SPECIAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Alta Lakes Community Development District (District) will hold a special meeting on April 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Alta Lakes Amenity Center, located at 3108 Alta Lakes Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32226.
*Florida law requires Board discussions related to the Districts security system, as well as any discussions that would reveal the operations of the security system, types of equipment, and/or locations, to be held in a closed session, per Section 119.071(3) of the Florida Statutes.

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.
