ALTA LAKES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Alta LakesCommunity Development District (District) will hold a meeting on April 22, 2026, at 6:00pm. at the Alta Lakes Amenity Center, located at 3108 Alta Lakes Blvd, Jacksonville, FL32226.
*Florida law requires Board discussions related to the Districts security system, as wellas any discussions that would reveal the operations of the security system, types ofequipment, and/or locations, to be held in a closed session, per Section 119.071(3) of theFlorida Statutes.

Themeetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisionsof Florida Law for Community Development Districts. There may be occasions when oneor more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone. The meetings may be continuedto a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.
