NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with that Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2026, in the above referenced case in which Eastside Property Services LLC is Plaintiff and COOLDOC MEDICAL, LLC, STEPHEN RESNICK, UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, EASTSIDE VILLAGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN DOE n/k/a GARY RESNICK and JANE DOE n/k/a SHIRLEY RESNICK, are Defendants, and the provisions of §45.031, Florida Statutes, I, James M. Swisher, Jr., Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the third floor of the Columbia County Courthouse, Courtroom No. 1, or such other location in the Columbia County Courthouse, 173 N.E. Hernando Avenue,. Lake City, Florida 32055, as the Clerk of the Court may designate at the time of sale, at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 22nd day of April, 2026, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block B, Eastside Village Unit 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 137 and 137A, of the Public Records of Columbia County, Florida.
Columbia County Parcel Identification Number: 34-3S-17-07592-136 (28298).	
Any and all bidders, parties or other interested persons shall contact the information desk of the Clerk of the Court prior to the scheduled foreclosure sale who will advise of the exact location in the Columbia County Courthouse for the foreclosure sale.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
