NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 27, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25000037CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hamilton County, Jasper, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and Ruthann Elise Rice a/k/a Ruthann Rice, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, W. Greg Godwin, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Hamilton County Courthouse, 207 Northeast First Street, South Door, Jasper, FL, 32052 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13 day of May, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

TOGETHER WITH one 2001 PION double wide mobile home, Identification Numbers: PH2124GA6346A and PH2124GA6346B, located on the above described real property and considered a part thereof. These mobile home titles are being retired with the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles according to Florida Statute Section 319.261 and hereafter will always be a part of this real property.
