CERTIFICATE OF TRUST Under Md. Code Ann., Estates and Trusts 14.5-910 I. AFFIANT. I, Monica J. Smith, ("Affiant"), being duly sworn, deposes and states under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. II. TRUST. The Trust is known as The MJS Living Trust ("Trust). The Trust has not been terminated, revoked, modified, or amended in any manner that would cause the representations contained in this Certificate of Trust, created on March 11, 2026, to be incorrect. a.) Type. The Trust is considered Revocable. b.) Date. The Trust was signed and executed on March 11, 2026. c.) Tax ID Number. 41-6970928. III. REAL ESTATE. The Trust does not currently hold any real estate. IV. GRANTOR. The Grantor is known as Monica J. Smith (the "Grantor") and has a mailing address of 1300 Mercantile Lane, Suite 100R #142, Largo, Maryland. V. TRUSTEE(S). The above-named Grantor(s) also serve as trustee(s) (the "Trustee(s)"). VI.
