An Application to Organize a National Bank Has Been Filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation The organizers, identified below, intending to organize and operate an insured national bank according to the provisions of the National Bank Act and the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, as amended, submitted an application to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for permission to organize an insured national bank and to exercise fiduciary powers, and propose as follows: That the main office of the national bank be located at 200 South Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 2200, in the city of Miami in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This office also will function as a branch of the national bank. That the national bank will have the following title: Ita Bank, National Association Organizers Percy Moreira, of Miami, Florida Julia Chen McClanan, of New York, New York Joan Duarte, of Miami, Florida Erico Nunes Narchi, of Miami, Florida Thiago Gamba, of Miami, Florida The national bank will be held directly by Ita Bank Holding, Inc., which also will be located at 200 South Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 2200, in the city of Miami in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and is being sponsored by Ita Unibanco, S.A., Sao Paulo, Brazil. Any person desiring to comment on this application may do so by submitting written comments within 30 days following the date of publication of this notice to the Director for Large Bank Licensing, 7 Times Square, 10th Floor, New York, New York 10036, or by emailing LicensingPublicComments@occ.treas.gov.
