HERONS GLEN RECREATION DISTRICT NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING JOINT WITH FINANCE COMMITTEE The Herons Glen Recreation Board of Supervisors will hold a Special Meeting jointly with its Finance Committee, on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in the Herons Glen Clubhouse at 2250 Herons Glen Boulevard, North Fort Myers, Florida, 33917, beginning at 9:00 a.m. for a mid-year review of its budget and finances, and to consider any other matter properly brought before the Board. The meeting is open to the public and the public is invited to attend. Any person requiring special accommodation at any of the meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact Herons Glen at 239-731-4533 at least five (5) calendar days prior to the meeting. IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE HERONS GLEN RECREATION DISTRICT WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING OR HEARING, (S)HE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND THAT, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, (S)HE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
