A portion of uplands within Arch Creek, lying adjacent to Tract 48, R.E. McDONALD'S SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 22 of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Tract 48; thence S 0000'00" W along the West line of said Tract 48 for 809 feet, the following four (4) courses being along the Southwesterly line of said Tract 48, also being the Approximate Edge of Water as shown on said Plat Book 2 at Page 22 and Plat Book 31 at Page 66 of said Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida; 1) thence S 3137'45" E for 92.18 feet to the Point of Beginning; 2) thence continue S 3137'45" E for 9.57 feet; 3) thence S 2245'22" E for 90.38 feet; 4) thence S 2603'02" E for 97.50 feet; thence N 4556'02" W along the Mean High Water Line located along the Northerly side of said Arch Creek for 115.40 feet; thence N 0004'04 E for 98.84 feet to the Point of Beginning.
