HICKEY; ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST PETER NOEL HICKEY and TRUIST BANK, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendants, that Gregory C.
