Notice is hereby given that I, William Woods, Sheriff of Marion County, Florida, under and by virtue of a judgment issued out of the County Court, Pasco County, Florida, dated March 7, 2022, and Writ of Execution dated October 22, 2025 have levied upon the right, title, and interest in the property of the above-named defendant to wit: The Defendants share of the Real Property with the legal description as: Block A, Lot 7 of L&C Tracts, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book F, Page 87, of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida Parcel number: 13694-001-07 The above described property will be offered for sale for cash, in hand, to the highest bidder to satisfy said execution at 11:00 am, or shortly thereafter, on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at the Marion County Judicial Center, 110 NW 1st Avenue, Ocala, Florida 34475. The sale will be held on the first floor of the courthouse, outside the entrance to the Sheriffs Civil Division Office, across from Courtroom 1.
