IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NUMBER: 2026-CA-002103-O DIVISION NUMBER: 48 IN RE: FORFEITURE OF $102,107.00 IN U.S. CURRENCY, A DIAMOND- PLATED CHAIN WITH DIAMOND-PLATED MEDALLION LABELED B.A.N.D.S., AND A DIAMOND-PLATED WATCH WITH SQUARE FACE AND ROMAN NUMERALS NOTICE OF FORFEITURE COMPLAINT TO: TRAVIS MOSELY 10579 SATINWOOD CIRCLE ORLANDO, FL 32825 and all others who claim an interest in $102,107.00 U.S. Currency, a diamond-plated Chain with Diamond-plated Medallion labeled B.A.N.D.S., and a Diamond-plated Watch with Square Face and Roman Numerals, which was seized on or about the 5th day of January, 2026, at or near 10579 Satinwood Circle, Orange County, Florida.
