PUBLIC NOTICE
CITY OF ORMOND BEACH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with section 286.011, Florida Statutes, that an attorney-client meeting with the City Commission of the City of Ormond Beach will be held at 5:30 p.m., on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, in City Commission Conference Room 103 at City Hall, 22 South Beach Street, Ormond Beach, Florida, for the purpose of discussing the following pending litigation: Avalon Park Daytona, LLC a Florida limited liability company and Avalon Park Daytona Land holding, a Florida limited partnership v. City of Ormond Beach, a Florida Municipal corporation and City of Daytona Beach, Florida, a municipal corporation; Case No. 2024-13870-CICI. The persons attending the meeting will be Mayor Jason Leslie, Commissioner Harold Briley, Commissioner Kristin Deaton, Commissioner Travis Sargent, Commissioner Lori Tolland, City Manager Joyce Shanahan, and the city's legal counsel Noah McKinnon, Abe McKinnon and City Attorney Randy Hayes.
