CITY OF ORMOND BEACH NOTICE OF SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Ormond Beach, Florida, will conduct a meeting at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, in Conference Room 103, City Hall, 22 South Beach Street, Ormond Beach, Florida, to: take final action on the following site plan applications: (1) PZ-2026-234(A): Ormond Crossings Central Community Development District. A petition to establish the Ormond Crossings Central Community Development District in accordance with Chapter 190, Florida Statutes. The proposed District comprises approximately 395.77 acres, generally located north of Durrance Lane, south of U.S. Highway 1, and west of Interstate 95. (2) PZ-2026-234(B): Ormond Crossings East Community Development District. A petition to establish the Ormond Crossings East Community Development District in accordance with Chapter 190, Florida Statutes. The proposed District comprises approximately 525.77 acres, generally located north of Harmony Avenue, southwest of U.S. Highway 1, and east of Interstate 95. (3) PZ-2025-177: Archer's Mill, Phase 5 Final Plat. Application for a final plat of 114 lots within the Plantation Oaks Planned Residential Development located east of Plantation Oaks Boulevard (Volusia County Parcel Number 3239-01-01-0011). (4) PZ-2025-219: Tattersall Subdivision, Phase 1 Final Plat. Application for a final plat of 75 lots located at the northwest intersection of Tymber Creek Road and Airport Road on 304 North Tymber Creek Road, 370 North Tymber Creek Road and 2099 Airport Road. ALL PARTIES ARE INVITED to appear and submit oral or written objections or comments. The failure of a person to appear during said hearing and comment on or object to the site plan, either in person or in writing, may preclude the ability of such person to contest the site plan at a later date. Copies of the application are available for inspection by the public in the Department of Planning, Ormond Beach City Hall, 22 South Beach Street, Room 104, Ormond Beach, Florida. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if any person decides to appeal any decision made by a city board/committee with respect to any matter considered at these public meetings, such person will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
