NOTICE OF FY 24  25 ANNUAL REPORT AVAILABILITY

COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF NEW SMYRNA BEACH

The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of New Smyrna Beach (CRA), in accordance with s.163.371 (2) (b), Florida Statutes, has filed with Volusia County, Florida, a report of its activities for Fiscal Year 2024 -2025. This report includes an overview of the Agencys projects started and completed and the estimated cost of each project, total expenditures, original assessed property values within the CRA area as of the day the agency was created, total assessed real property values within the CRA boundary as of January 1 of the reporting year, total amount expended for affordable housing and a summary indicating if the CRA has achieved the goals set out in the CRA Plan.
The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of New Smyrna Beach Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 was submitted to the County of Volusia March 24, 2026 and filed with the City of New Smyrna Beach.
