NOTICE OF ACTION TO: DEFENDANT ANNETTE S. EVANS AND ALL OTHERS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff, the City of Palatka, is seeking to foreclose on a Code Enforcement Lien on the following property in Putnam County, Florida: The Westerly 100 feet of Lot 1 of Block 35 of the City of Palatka, beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Block 35, and thence running Easterly 100 feet along the Southerly line of Madison Street, thence Southerly parallel with Peck (and 7th) Street 50 feet, thence Westerly parallel with Madison Street 100 feet, thence Northerly along the Easterly side of Peck (now 7th) Street 50 feet to the place of beginning.
