File Number: 2025 CP 001091 Division: U NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the estate of Francis Lowell Archer, deceased, whose date of death was June 13, 2024, is pending in the Circuit Court for Escambia County, Florida, Probate Division, File Number: 2025 CP 001091, the address of which is 190 W Government Street, Pensacola, FL 32502. The name and address of the personal representative and the personal representatives attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the decedent and other persons, who have claims or demands against decedents estate, including un-matured, contingent or un-liquidated claims, and who have been served a copy of this notice, must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE TO THEM.
