NOTICE OF ORDINANCE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Port Richey, Florida, at a meeting to be held on Tuesday, 10th day of March 2026 at 6:00 P.M., at City Hall, 6333 Ridge Rd., Port Richey, Florida, will have a Public Hearing for its second and final reading of Ordinance No. 26-744, the title of which read: ORDINANCE NO. 26-744 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 127 (ZONING), ARTICLE IV (SUPPLEMENTARY DISTRICT REGULATIONS), SECTION 127-92(h) HOME OCCUPATIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PORT RICHEY, TO BRING THE SECTION INTO COMPLIANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTES 555.955, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Ordinances and all related files can be inspected at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, at the address mentioned above, between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Any and all persons interested or concerned with the proposed ordinances may appear and will be heard with regard to the same. Suppose a person decides to appeal any decision made by a Board or Council with respect to any matter considered at such a meeting or hearing. In that case, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such a purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
