It is a violation of Pasco County Ordinances and the Clean Water Act to place anything in a storm drain other than rain. Trash, grass, oil, household chemicals, or any other items cannot be placed in a stormwater system. These systems include roadways, roadside ditches and stormwater inlets. Call the number above to report Illicit Discharges and identify your call as: code EN20.
HOME SAFETY DAY IS EVERY DAY!
Bring your household chemicals to the County for proper disposal. You may bring your solvents, pesticides, acids, chlorine, fertilizers, paint, motor oil, anti-freeze, auto batteries, etc. to either of these hazardous waste centers:
14606 Hays Road, Spring Hill: 
Open Tuesdays, Thursdays 
and Saturdays
9626 Handcart Road, Dade City: Open Wednesdays and the second Saturday of each month
