PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with Section 163.356(3)(d), Florida Statutes and Section 163.371(2), Florida Statutes, this public notice serves to inform you that the City of Port St. Lucie Community Redevelopment Agency (the Agency) files its Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2024-25 with the City of Port St. Lucie (the City). The Agencys Annual Report includes a complete financial statement, audit report, performance data, a summary of CRA achievements and other information which may be of interest to you. The Agencys Annual Reports for Fiscal Years 2001-02 through 2024-25 are available for inspection during business hours in the Office of the City Clerk and in the Office of the Agency, both located at City Hall, 121 SW Port St. Lucie Boulevard, Port St. Lucie Florida 34984 and on the Citys website at: https://www.cityofpsl.com/Government/Your-City-Government/Departments/Community-Redevelopment For more information, please call (772) 344-4342.
