A PUBLIC HEARING will be conducted before the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE at a meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m., or as closely thereafter as business permits on April 27, 2026 in the City Council Chambers, Building A, located at 121 S.W. Port St. Lucie Blvd., in Port St. Lucie, Florida on an application for a special exception  Resolution (26-R30) to allow to allow an Enclosed assembly area over 3,000 square feet in the Warehouse Industrial (WI) zoning district, per Section 158.135 of the Zoning Ordinances.
