Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Chapter 373, Florida Statutes, that the application(s) for permit described below has been received for project(s) in St. Lucie County.  The application(s) and future additional application documents can be obtained by any of the following methods: 1) Accessing the District's website (www.sfwmd.gov) and clicking on Application/Permit Search on the RegPermitting page; 2) Submitting a written request to the South Florida Water Management District, Attn: Regulation Division, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33406; or 3) Submitting an electronic request at regpermitting@sfwmd.gov.

St Andrews Townhomes, Savanna Oaks, 1140 NE Savanna Oaks Way, Jensen Beach, FL 34957, has submitted Application 260312-62408 for a Renewal Water Use Permit to irrigate 10 acres of landscape lands. The water will be withdrawn from the on-site lake(s) and the project is located in St Lucie County.

Gordy Creek, Zentex Ventures LTD, 44 Cocoanut Row, Unit B-22, Palm Beach, FL 33480, and Mills Short & Associates, 700 22nd Pl, Ste 2C and 2D, Vero Beach, FL 32960, have submitted Application 260317-62498 for a New Water Use Permit to irrigate 19.86 acres of landscape/recreation lands. The water will be withdrawn from the on-site lake and the project is located in St Lucie County.

Sandpiper, Altitude Prop Co LLC, 4500 SE Pine Valley St, Palm City, FL 34952, has submitted Application 260310-62296 for a New Water Use Permit to irrigate 167 acres of golf course lands. The water will be withdrawn from the on-site lake and surficial aquifer system and the project is located in St Lucie County.

TCC Tract B, PSL MNK LLC, 13393 Hawkins Trace, Delray Beach, FL 33446, has submitted Application 260305-62194 for a New Water Use Permit to dewater on undeveloped lands. The water will be withdrawn from the surficial aquifer system and the project is located in St Lucie County.

LTC Ranch Pod 9 Dewatering, Midway Glades Developers LLC, 7807 Baymeadows Rd E, Ste 205, Jacksonville, FL 32256, has submitted Application 260324-62694 for a Renewal Water Use Permit to dewater on undeveloped lands. The water will be withdrawn from the water table aquifer and the project is located in St Lucie County.

Fairwinds Golf Course, K-Slab Solutions, 609 NE 2nd Ave, Okeechobee, FL 34972, has submitted Application 260323-62666 for a Letter Modification Water Use Permit to irrigate 143.5 acres of golf course lands. The water will be withdrawn from the on-site lake(s) and the surficial aquifer, the project is located in St Lucie County.

SG-8 - Apartments Dewatering, NRP Properties LLC, 1228 Euclid Ave, Floor 4, Cleveland, OH 44115, has submitted Application 260318-62529 for a New Water Use Permit to dewater on undeveloped lands. The water will be withdrawn from the water table aquifer and the project is located in St Lucie County.

The Reserve - PGA Golf Club, PGA Reserve Inc, 100 Avenue of the Champions, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, has submitted Application 260325-62747 for a Letter Modification Water Use Permit to irrigate 340 acres of golf course and landscape/recreation lands. The water will be withdrawn from on-site lake(s), surficial and Upper Floridan aquifers and the project is located in St Lucie County.
