Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Chapter 373, Florida Statutes, that the application(s) for permit described below has been received for project(s) in Collier County. The water will be withdrawn from the Lower Tamiami aquifer and on-site lake(s) / pond(s) and the project is located in Collier County.

Creekside Multi-Family, Creekside East LLC, 2600 Golden Gate Pkwy, Naples, FL 34105, has submitted Application 260312-62403 for a New Water Use Permit to dewater on undeveloped lands. The water will be withdrawn from the water table aquifer and the project is located in Collier County.

The water will be discharged to the Faka Union Canal (north segment) and Camp Keais Strand, and the project is located in Collier County.

The water will be withdrawn from the Lower Tamiami aquifer and the project is located in Collier County.

Divine Tomatoes, PO Box 3413, Immokalee, FL 34143, has submitted Application 260330-62886 for a Renewal Water Use Permit to irrigate 69 acres of agricultural lands. The water will be withdrawn from the Lower Tamiami and water table aquifers and the project is located in Collier County.

High Point Country Club Inc, 1100 High Point Dr, Naples, FL 34103, has submitted Application 260330-62894 for a Renewal Water Use Permit to irrigate 19.5 acres of golf course lands. The water will be withdrawn from the on-site lake(s) and water table aquifer and the project is located in Collier County.

Ave Maria University and Town PWS, Ave Maria Utility Company LLLP, 2600 Golden Gate Pkwy, Naples, FL 34105, has submitted Application 260401-62964 for a Modification Water Use Permit to irrigate public water supply lands. The water will be withdrawn from the Lower Tamiami, Sandstone, and water table aquifers and the project is located in Collier County.
