NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Ad Valorem Tax Abatement Review Committee of the Economic Development Commission of Floridas Space Coast will meet on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 3:00 PM, at the Economic Development Commission of Floridas Space Coast office, 6525 3 rd Street, Suite 304 in Rockledge, Florida. The Committee will review the average annual wage used for Brevard Countys Ad Valorem Tax Abatement Program guidelines and make a recommendation to the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners. If a person desires to appeal any decision made by this committee with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such a person will need a record of the proceedings and that, for such purposes, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, at his own expense, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which any such appeal is to be based. The needs of hearing or visually impaired persons shall be met if the agency sponsoring the meeting is contacted at least 24 hours prior to the public meeting by any person wishing assistance.
